Despite initial work at McDonald’s during high school, Donaven’s path was clear: his grandmother encouraged him to join the family business full-time, setting him on a trajectory of skill and expertise.
By 18, Donaven broadened his knowledge by working for a respected local plumbing company, learning the plumbing trade over several years. In 2004 Donaven took a leap, establishing Donaven’s Septic and Plumbing. Since then, the business has grown, proudly serving Covington and its surrounding communities with integrity, professionalism, and a steadfast dedication to customer satisfaction.
Today, Donaven and his wife Kara run the daily operations. They are the proud parents of six children and have deep roots in the Covington community. Together, they continue to uphold the values of hard work, honesty, and reliability that have defined the company from the beginning.
